KIRTI FORGING (KF) has been a manufacturer (OEM) with over 31 years of experience. Our unique product mix includes Forge Bearing Ring, Bush,Washer, Custom Forging & Machining. All products can be produced to standard specifications as well as per custom requirements.
Our main goal is to help customers reduce their cost, improve profitability, and ultimately grow their businesses.
Starting with bearing ring (race) for Taper Roller, KF now forges all types of bearing races, such as Taper roller, Spherical roller, Needle roller, Cylindrical roller, Thrust, Clutch Release, Conveyor bearing ring and as per custom design – specifications, which as wide application in Automobile, General Engineering Industires,Machinery, range of other reciprocatory & rotating items.
KF maintains the quality assurance & management system control with certification of ISO 9001:2016 issued by TUV Suddeutschland, Germany.
MANUFACTURING: ( FORGE "O" RING)
All type of forge products are manufactured by chain process, long bar induction heater for heating raw material, power presses, screw press & ring rolling machines.
The indigenously developed presses & ring rolling machines technology enables us to produce (round and custom components) of different shapes & size as per custom design.
The in house tool room facility has proven a strong support in developing jigs, fixtures, dies and tooling to forge critical parameters of different bearing races(rings) and customer jobs.
QUALITY ASSURANCE:
KF continuously strives towards gaining higher levels of quality standards. This is achieved by laid down proper system of quality & management, by research & upgrading of various analysis and statistical process control data.
Necessary technical training of manpower is carried out at regular interval. Equipments are continuously upgraded and added to ensure it meet with the ever-growing demand of complex design requirements.
